AI Writing
Use AI to plan, draft and revise text while keeping responsibility for the finished work.

ToggleStart with a clear brief
Describe the reader, purpose, format and tone. Supply the facts the draft must contain and identify anything that needs a source. An outline is often a useful first result: check its structure before asking for a full draft.
Revise in separate passes
Review the argument before polishing sentences. Check names, numbers, quotations and references against the source material. Then edit for clarity, consistency and your own voice. Read the final version as a reader would, rather than treating a fluent draft as a finished article.
Compare tools on your own material
Try the same representative task in each tool. Compare the time needed to reach an acceptable result, editing effort, handling of source documents and available exports. Include privacy requirements and usage limits in the decision.
Connect writing to its purpose
A sales email, lesson summary and news report need different checks. Agree who approves the work, how sources are recorded and when readers should be told about AI assistance.
